Keeping the Texas in Ohio

After I was putting shoes away in their rightful owner's closets this morning, I came across one last pair that made me stop and realize I'm pretty homesick for TX. I'm missing the mild weather, Mexican food, Blue Bell ice cream, family, friends, and pools on every corner.

Gotta love that Addyson. She's the one in our family that keeps Texas alive for us in Ohio. She stays very true to her lone star state roots and I love it. Maybe I'll just keep this special pair of her shoes right where they are.
