Laney Lou got invited to her very first play date and it was this morning. She was excited! I packed her a lunch and we went on our way to meet some friends from church. It's a beautiful day today, 70 degrees and not a cloud in the sky, perfect! Great day to be outside...It seemed like most of the mom's there had babies under 2 months of age, so Lane was totally taken by all these babies. She'd go over and peek inside a baby carrier and say, "Mama, baby sleeeeeeping". I guess I never realized that she hasn't been around many small babies before.
We stayed for about an hour, and about that time she started rubbing her eyes saying she was tired. We had a great time, thanks for the invite Melissa!
